Apply to clean, dry ears for proper adhesion. Peel seed along with the clear adhesive sticker from paper backing using tweezers or fingers. Place seed on desired ear point and press firmly to ensure seed adheres to skin. To create an extra boost - stimulate seed and its effects by gently pressing seed throughout the day! Easy-peasy! You’ll be blooming into balance in no time! Seeds can be left in place for up to 5 days.

I absolutely love these ear seeds. I think they look cute but also a great way to help with different issues. Recently I had new back pain and went to look at the ritual booklet and put in some ear seeds to help before I went to bed. Woke up with a stiff back still but the actual pain in the right side of my back was gone. I’ve also used these for TMJ symptoms, headaches and it’s been great. The headache especially was gone after using ear seeds. Would love to see the ability to purchase more at one time.

Easy to use and feels great

I really enjoy using the ear seeds to help ease my anxiety. What a great idea to package it up for DIY

The 14k gold seeds look stunning, and they feel very comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys the benefits of acupuncture, but for your own use at home.
